UKO – Vending Dashboard

The project involved the redesign of a dashboard for vending machine statistics. User research, including usability tests, interviews, user flow analysis, revealed problems like confusing charts, display of non relevant data, long navigation to important daily features, lack of overview. To come up with the best solutions, I designed wireframes, we tested again with users. After successful tests with improved time on task, ease of use and overall user satisfaction, I started with the final design and a new visual look and feel for the dashboard. After the final feedback, I handed the design over to developers.
